TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Promotion Period:

The Smart Start Back to School Giveaway promotion runs from 15 January 2026 – 2 February 2026.
All entries must be submitted by 2 February 2026.

Eligibility:

Open to all McDonald’s Fiji customers aged 16 years and above.
Employees of McDonald’s Fiji, participating partners, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

Entry Requirements:

To enter the Back to School draw, you must:

  • Purchase any Regular McValue Meal during the promotion period.
  • Scan the QR code in-store and fill in the online entry form with valid details.
  • Upload a clear photo of your McDonald’s Fiji receipt showing the qualifying purchase.
  • Submit your entry before the promotion closes.

Only one entry per receipt is allowed.
Customers may enter as many times as they like, provided each entry is accompanied by a unique receipt.

The winner will be randomly selected and contacted using the details provided on their entry form.

General Conditions:

  • Lost, illegible, altered, or damaged receipts will not be accepted as proof of purchase.
  • McDonald’s Fiji reserves the right to verify the authenticity of any entry.
  • The decision of McDonald’s Fiji regarding all aspects of this promotion is final.
  • McDonald’s Fiji is not responsible for late, incomplete, corrupted, or failed entries due to technical issues.

By participating, entrants agree to allow McDonald’s Fiji to use their name and image for winner announcements or promotional purposes without additional compensation.

Personal information will be stored securely and used only for the administration of this promotion or aggregated market analysis that cannot identify individuals.
